The Crocodile has been around since pre-historic times and is one of the world’s great survivors. It can adapt readily to change, and so maintains a high degree of control over its circumstances. In the same environment are myriads of waterlillies, looking pretty… but merely bobbing up and down, drifting with the shifting winds and currents. Too many of us, as individuals and organizations, live our lives complacently like waterlillies, when in reality, we are designed to be like the Crocodile… masters of our behaviors, powerful and in control!

Brief History:

Crocodiles International was first conceived in 1977 and the first training program was introduced in Australia in 1985. Since then over 40,000 have benefited from the training in both the corporate and public training arenas.

Danny started his career in public speaking in 1989. His success on stage as a speaker and trainer led him to television and film. Over a 6-year time period, Danny co-wrote and hosted 4 different infomercials and has acted in several motion pictures.

His television experience includes hosting an Off Roading Show for ESPN2, a weekly talk show, and a daily woman's show on KJZZ Channel 14. He was also a morning anchor for a 2½ hour news program for the same channel. Danny has been involved with both the creative and talent aspects of media production and brings his marketing, writing, producing, and on-camera skills to the creation and production of a revolution in network marketing training with wakeupnow™.

Danny has built successful sales organizations within three Network Marketing companies and has trained and consulted Network Marketers for 8 years. Has written and created presentations that have helped produce almost one billion in sales and has trained many people throughout six countries. Dale Gibson grew up in suburban Los Angeles, CA in the fifties and sixties where he began a job as a french-fry cook at a fledgling hamburger stand named.... McDonald's in Sherman Oaks, CA in mid-1968. A career as a shift management person was on the horizon and through high school and into the first two years of college, Dale honed his skills with McDonald's.

In 1971 he was notified that his services were required in the military and soon found himself in the Army and serving in Southeast Asia during Viet Nam. After serving, Dale returned to Southern California for a brief period and rejoined McDonald's in their management program. In 1977 he moved to Eugene, Oregon to attend school and manage more McDonald's facilities. Eventually he became a supervisor and director of operations for a fourteen-store franchisee with several mid-level management reports and several hundred team members in his charge. He moved his family to Central Utah in 1988 and purchased his first McDonald's Restaurant in Richfield. Two years later he built and opened a restaurant in Beaver, Utah. During this period Dale was instrumental in moving McDonalds to computerization to better manage the flow of products and enhance cost containment to all USA-based restaurants. After a total of thirty-five years in the McDonald's System, he sold his restaurants and made the transition to financial management, working with three nationwide banking institutions in mortgage and other banking instruments.

In 2006 he accepted a position as the Chief Operating Officer of a Utah based nationwide restaurant consulting firm. In 2008 he moved into an instructor position with a nationwide insurance firm specializing in Medicare and transitioning thousands of retirees from established retiree medical group plans to individual ones. Mr. Gibson lives in Lehi, Utah and has three grown children and one grandson.

Prior to joining wakeupnow™ Jon Holbrook was the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of a large real estate operating company (REOC). This firm is a SEC Registered Investment Advisor and Broker Dealer specializing in the advisory, management and operations of real estate assets for family offices, fund-of-funds, high-net worth individuals, affluent internationals, investment advisors, wealth planning firms, corporate pensions, sovereign nations, various trusts and other separate accounts.

Additionally, Mr. Holbrook was a founding member of a bridge capital firm and correspondent mortgage bank focused mainly on the acquisition and development lending side of commercial, residential, mixed-use and bridge capital projects.

Prior to this experience, Mr. Holbrook worked for two large household-name banking institutions. Within his career, Mr. Holbrook was President of a management firm which operated a chain of McDonald’s restaurants and which included retail and commercial real estate. Mr. Holbrook has experience in deal structure, cost analysis, finance management, due-diligence, research, distribution, accounting, credit analysis, underwriting, private equity, capital raising and senior executive management.

Becky is responsible for managing all business and operational aspects of CurrentSee ™, Inc., including financial, development and staffing. She has proven business development, management, leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills in real estate and private equity transactions in the Global Market.

Her entrepreneurial spirit over the past 25 years has given her diverse work experience, both in depth and breadth, which has resulted in a strong combination of strategic skills and tactical know-how. She has worked in the financial industry, assisting and managing the operation, growth and expansion of numerous companies, as well as acquiring, developing and managing over $1 Billion USD in residential, mixed-use and commercial real estate.

Having attended Brigham Young University, she has honed her leadership abilities to incorporate and manage all aspects of a variety of businesses.

Mr. Barnett co-founded CalcXML in 2006. He designed and developed the web services infrastructure and framework for the financial tools offered by CalcXML, including 130 financial calculators, and 400 financial articles.

Over the last 4 years, he has worked closely with development teams at Yahoo!, AOL, Wells Fargo, Fox News, and others to make sure the integration efforts went smoothly and that any needed enhancements were made quickly and efficiently.

Prior to CalcXML, Mr. Barnett worked as Lead Developer at Pearson, where he engineered a complete re-write of a large reporting and analytics engine from an older technology to a new java-based technology. Mr. Barnett has over 18 years experience in software development with a wide range of technical knowledge and expertise.

He graduated from Weber State University in 1994 with a BS degree in Computer Science as well as an AAS in Electronic Engineering Technology.

Mr. Barnett is the father of 8 children and has been happily married for 22 years.

Randal Davidson has been in sales for 25 years, starting as a stockbroker for a prominent Dallas, Texas securities firm. He started a substantial marine company with a partner as the exclusive Hydroswift Dealer for Utah and the western region. After 3 years he bought out his partner and started a service department, a finance department, and took on 2 other boat manufacturers. After 5 more years he sold the business for 10 times the purchase price.

In 1997, having become familiar with the finance business he started a residential mortgage company in St. George, Utah. In that effort, he managed several employees and originated an average of 36,000,000 million dollars in loans per year for 12 years. Randal has raised money for several real estate projects as well as bought and sold real estate personally and developed several real estate projects.

Most recently, Randal was president of a school fundraising and student rewards company. He set up a points based rewards program and put together several programs to help schools with their funding needs. He worked with the engineering and design and set up the music download library with over 2 million songs available as well as a complete redemption catalog for cardholders to download. While with the company they distributed over 450,000 rewards cards and added thousands of members using the card consistently on a monthly basis. He worked directly with shareholders to update and keep them apprised of the company and worked with institutional investors, preparing for funding and structure for future public offering.

Mr. Brockbank graduated Magna Cum Laude in Mathematics from the University of Utah and received an MBA in Finance Brigham Young University where he was named to the Dean’s List.

He began his business career in 1989 as a software engineer for a Sterling Wentworth and, in 1990, was named manager of their U.K. operations and was relocated to Manchester, England for several years. Upon returning in 1993, Mr. Brockbank founded Financial Visions (FV), a viable company to this day, which provides turnkey web sites to thousands of financial advisors.

In 2001, after selling FV, he founded Financial Calculators, Inc which provides online calculators to many of the nation’s largest financial institutions. Customers include NASDAQ, SunTrust Bank, Washington Post, New York Life and many others. Upon completion of a major technology upgrade and a partner buyout, Financial Calculators, Inc. changed its name to CalcXML, LLC in 2006 and became the internet’s leading provider of personal finance tools.

Mr. Brockbank continued serving as President of the new entity. In February, 2006, CalcXML merged with DocuMatix, LLC in order to add email marketing and lead-generation capability to the calculators.
